Balsamico Dressing
- 10 eggs
- 2,5 lt balsamico winegar
- 600 gr mustard
- 5 lt olive oil
- 5 lt sunflower oil
We beat together the 3 first igts. we add the oil little by little
Frida Sos
- 10 eggs
- 1,2 lt plain vinegar
- 900 gr hot mustard with seaks
- 1,250 gr honey
- 5 lt olive oil
- 5 lt sunfower oil
We mix all the ingredient together and as soon as it's done. We add 1,5 lt water to make it a little lighter..
Sezar Sos
- 20 Eggs
- 3,5 lt lemon juice (fresh)
- 80 Pieces garlic gloves
- 600 gr Anchouy fillets
- 600 gr mustard
- 10 gr olive oil
- 10 lt sunflower oil
We beat the first sindts until smooth and very well combined and then we add little by little the oils and finish With cold water..

Calotte de boeuf grillee (piece around the rib eye), with French Laundry garden potatoes, black trumpet mushrooms, radish, paloise mousseline.. :)
